Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Center – Day Tour Itinerary
7:00 AM – Pick-up from Phnom Penh Depart from Phnom Penh in the morning (estimated arrival at Phnom Tamao Zoo: 8:00 AM).
Morning Activities: Guided Wildlife Experience
Explore the forest and encounter over 100 species of endangered mammals, reptiles, and birds on a guided tour. Learn about their history and biology in an interactive experience.
Animal Feeding Schedule:
8:10 AM – Pangolin
8:40 AM – Enrichment Tiger &Lion
9:10 AM – Visit the disabled elephant named Chhouk, who was injured by poachers’ traps at the age of one. You will also see how we change and clean his prosthetic foot.
9:40 AM – small elephant name Lompat drink milk (17 months old)
10:00 AM – Ostrich, Samba deer,sew a nesting area of Grey Herons
10:30 AM – Bears (Sun Bear & Moon Bear)
11:00 AM – Otters (Feed them fish)
12:00 PM – Lunch Break
Relax in comfortable hammocks and enjoy a delicious Cambodian lunch, including sugarcane juice and fresh coconut water.
Afternoon Activities: Rescue Stories & Rare Wildlife
1:00 PM – Visit a moon bear cub with a broken arm
1:20 PM – Encounter a Python and King Cobra
2:00 PM – Observe the elusive Clouded Leopard
2:30:00 PM – Gibbon, southern serrow, Brush tail porcupine, Civet, leopard, guar, Binturong.
4:00–5:00 PM – Return to Phnom Penh
Afternoon drop-off back in Phnom Penh (time may vary depending on traffic conditions).
