Srey Meas is a female tiger who arrived at Phnom Tamao Zoo in 2019. She is currently housed with a male tiger named Pin Pin as part of the zoo’s breeding program.

The female tiger at Phnom Tamao Zoological Park is a powerful and beautiful big cat. Tigers are solitary predators with excellent eyesight, strong bodies, sharp claws, and powerful jaws.

She receives daily care from her keepers, including proper food, a safe enclosure, and regular health monitoring. Her presence at the zoo gives visitors an opportunity to learn about tigers and the importance of protecting them in the wild.

Tigers face many threats in the wild, including habitat loss, illegal hunting, and the wildlife trade. Protecting their natural habitat and reducing human-wildlife conflict are important for their survival.
